Thank you for shopping with Almanova. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Shipping & Delivery Expectations

Order Processing: 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Time: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Total Delivery Time: Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your gift box to arrive at your US address, taking into account high holiday volumes and carrier transit times.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by carrier delays, high holiday volume, weather, or other events outside our control.

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping across the continental United States.

Sending a gift directly to someone special? We never include paper invoices, receipts, or prices inside our shipping boxes!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses). All products are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days and refer to our Refund Policy so we can assist you with a replacement or carrier investigation. Please note that we do not issue refunds for orders experiencing standard carrier transit delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the packing or shipping phase at our fulfillment center, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
